Dual study program
Working with students on dual study programs is an essential part of our growth strategy. Since rps was founded, we have been working intensively with students on dual study programs. Almost all of our consultants started their career with a dual study program. The alternating phases of theory and practice at rps offer students the opportunity to gain experience in challenging projects in large retail companies in addition to the pure acquisition of knowledge. With this knowledge advantage, the start to a career as a consultant is quick and successful!
